What are the return conditions?
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. During this period you can do with the product what is reasonably necessary to evaluate the product. You are allowed to try the product as you would in a physical store. In doing so, you may remove the product from its packaging, unless the packaging contains a seal. If you have done more than was necessary to try the product, we may charge you for that. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, took possession of the product. If you have ordered multiple goods with different delivery times in one order, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you receive the last product or part. Where you have agreed a regular delivery of products with us, the withdrawal period shall expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, take physical possession of the first product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use our digital return form. If you use this option we will immediately send you a receipt by e-mail.

Can I cancel my return?
There is no need to. Your return is automatically cancelled if you do not return your product within 14 days of notification.
What amount will I be refunded?
You get, when the return meets
the return conditions, the purchase value of the product will be returned to you. Should
If the return does not meet the free shipping costs, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Example 1:
You have €30 worth of items
ordered and decide to return €10 worth of products. In this situation
you will receive € 10,- in return.
Example 2
You have an order for € 50
items and decide to return €20 worth of products. In this
situation, the original value of the order is €30. You have
therefore no longer entitled to free shipping and the amount to be received is €30 minus the shipping costs belonging to the chosen shipping method.
Why do I get less money back for my returned product?
Then your product was probably not returned in its original condition. In that case, we determine the depreciation based on the condition of the product. The maximum depreciation is 25%.
The final amount you receive is determined by two things:
1.The depreciation of the product. This is based on three factors:damage to the product;- damage to the packaging;- completeness of the product.
2. The costs we incur to resell the product. This includes taking clear pictures and a good description. These costs are €7.50 and are deducted along with the depreciation.
Will you repair my product or will I get a new one?
If your product does not break due to your own actions and within 14 days of purchase, you will simply get a new one. Does your product break down after that? Then we will repair your product.
You can easily register your return via the return form.
What if I received the wrong product?
Ugh, that's not the intention. Please report this to our customer service and we will make sure you get the right order as soon as possible.
What return options do I have?
Within 14 days of receiving your product, you have 2 options:
+Exchange your product for free for another product
+Return your product for free and get your money refunded.
After 14 days, your product will always be repaired.
You can indicate your choice in the return form.
How long will it take to receive my new product?
As soon as we receive your returned product, we will ship your new product and you will receive it the following day. Is your new product not in stock? We will of course let you know and refund your money.
How quickly am I refunded after I return?
We will refund the entire purchase price (including any shipping and payment costs)as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days of receiving the revocation notice.We will refund you using the same means of payment you used to make the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such refunds.
You may receive your refund in several parts. This may be due to tweedings:
-You paid the amount or part of it with a gift certificate or a voucher. You will get that amount back in the form of shop credit.
-You have exchanged one product for another. In that case we will refund the purchase value of the first product to the payment method you first used. Did you pay extra for the replacement product? Then we will refund the remaining amount separately.
Can I exchange my product directly with the delivery person?
Unfortunately this is not possible. Your product must first be processed in our warehouse. As soon as we receive your product, we will ship your new product. You will receive it the next day. Is your new product not in stock? Then of course we will let you know and you will get your money back.
Where can I find my shipping label?
We will send you your shipping label by e-mail, within one day after you send your return formReturn Form. Print it out and stick it on the box.
Return shipping instructions:- Print out the package label you received on white paper. Make sure that the information on the package label is legible.- Pack your items and stick the return label on the package. Be sure not to tape over the barcode. You can return items from different orders in one package. - We pay the shipping costs! Stick your return label on your parcel and take it to a DPD Pickup parcel shop near you. www.dpd.com/nl/nl/pickup-parcelshops- Ask the Pickup parcel shop to sign this receipt document with instructions as proof of delivery.- We will refund the entire purchase price (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days after receipt of the revocation notice. How should I package my product to return it?
Use sturdy packaging, preferably the original. That way the chance of damage is minimized and we may be able to make someone else happy with it. Do you no longer have the original packaging? No problem, we will check the condition of your returned product and determine the depreciation.
You can ship your packaged product in a Keekabuu box or other sturdy box that you seal tightly.
Product packed? Print your shipping label. You can find it in the email you received from us.
Should I return my product in its original packaging?
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.

All items you buy from us are covered by the legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product is or should do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do.
Some products are also covered by a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty.
