The cherry-shaped teat and matte lightweight shield are designed to mimic the shape of a mother's breast. It is recommended by midwives to support natural breastfeeding because both the specific length and shape of BIBS Boheme give baby the proper sucking technique at the breast. The lightweight shield is directed away from baby's face to facilitate the supply of air to the sensitive skin around baby's mouth.
