What should I do if I have not received my package?
Please check the following:
The Track & Trace code of the package. You can find this in your shipping confirmation. Check via this link whether the delivery time indication has moved. Is the delivery address you entered correct? Also check your zip code. Did you receive a no-home message? Then the package was delivered to the neighbors or the deliveryman has scheduled a new delivery time.
Are all these things correct, but did you still not receive your package? Please contact our customer service.
What if my product was delivered damaged?
Please notify us of the defect as soon as possible after discovery."
We'll fix that for you, of course. Just fill out the return form in which you can indicate that your product is damaged and would like a replacement.
What happens to my package if I am not home?
Delivery via DPD: The delivery driver will deliver your package to your neighbors. If that is not possible, the deliveryman will take your package to a DHL Pickup Parcel Shop near you.
What if my delivery is delayed?
We will do everything we can to deliver your order as soon as possible. Using the Track & Trace link in your shipping confirmation, you can keep track of exactly when your order will be delivered. We understand that you want to receive your order today. Unfortunately it will not be possible. Please wait, it is coming.
Where is my package?
Track your shipment with the Track & Trace code from your shipping confirmation email. Did you receive a shipping confirmation, but your Track & Trace code does not work on the day of delivery? Is your code still not working? Then please contact our customer service.
