A new resident has been born at the petting zoo. Before Mik has found the baby goat, he must pass by all the other petting zoo animals, each expressing their joy at the birth of the new goat in their own way.
Marjet Huiberts (1960) worked in primary education and wrote songs and theater texts before she started writing children's books in 2005. For Aadje Piraatje she received a Zilveren Griffel in 2010. A year later she received another one for Roodkapje was een toffe meid. Iris Deppe (1985) studied Illustration at the Utrecht School of the Arts. In the fall of 2011 she won the Fiep Westendorp Incentive Award and then began to focus primarily on illustrating children's books.
